These terms govern your use of ReadSprint. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using the service

ReadSprint allows users to upload book cover images to generate chapter summaries. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any content you provide. Do not upload copyrighted content you do not have permission to use.

Acceptable use

You may not use ReadSprint for illegal activities, to harass others, or to attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitations & liability

The summaries are generated by AI and may be incorrect or incomplete. ReadSprint provides the service "as-is" and is not responsible for decisions you make based on generated content.

Billing & subscriptions

Paid subscriptions grant additional usage as described in the app. Billing and refund policies are handled by the payment processor and are subject to their terms.
